Monthly plans start with 30 days free. No card is charged until day 31, and you can cancel at any time before then.
How does yearly billing work?
Pay once a year and you only pay for 10 months: 12 months for the price of 10.
Do I pay per user?
No. Every plan includes unlimited users, so the whole team, including volunteers, can use it.
Is there a contract?
No. There's no contract and you can cancel any time.
Which plan should I choose?
Choose by the kind of collection you run and how many animals you keep. Private plans are for keepers without a licence, AAL plans for Animal Activities Licence holders, and Zoo plans for licensed zoos and wildlife parks.
What if my collection grows?
Each plan covers a number of animals. If you grow past it, you move up to the next size.
Can I add HR, adoptions or a shop later?
Yes. The HR & Compliance Suite, Sponsorship & Adoptions and Online shop add-ons are available on AAL and Zoo plans, and can be added whenever you're ready.
